Our Story
Founded in 2018 by nationally recognized hair colorist and educator Ella King, Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa was born from a passion for expert care, continued education, and unforgettable guest experiences. With decades of industry leadership and advanced training, including certification as a Holland-Certified National Keune Educator & National Academy Trainer and mentorship with top beauty innovators, Ella created a space where artistry and medical‑grade aesthetics live in harmony, all designed to elevate your look while honoring your natural beauty.
Today, our aesthetic services are led by Dr. Scott Welden, bringing advanced expertise and innovation to our med spa offerings. What started with a dream to bring world‑class techniques and genuine consultation to Fort Mitchell has grown into a top‑rated destination for hair, skin, and aesthetic care that makes every guest feel seen, confident, and radiant.
Our Salon & Med Spa Policies
Hairstylist Leveling System
What is the difference between a stylist and a senior stylist?
Just like in many professional fields, our service providers advance through levels as they gain experience, complete advanced education, and continue refining their craft. Pricing reflects a stylist’s level of training, demand, and career stage. Rest assured, every hairstylist and med spa provider at Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa is highly skilled, talented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we often have guests on a waiting list. To be fair to both our guests and service providers, we require notice for any changes.
We kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice, but a minimum of 24 hours is required to reschedule, change services, or cancel.
Changes, reschedules, or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service total.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. If we have not heard from you within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time. We cannot extend appointment times, which may result in limited styling.
Arriving 15 minutes late will require rescheduling and may result in applicable fees.
We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our team and their time.
Appointment Confirmations
How do I confirm my appointment?
As a courtesy, our automated system sends email confirmations 48–72 hours prior and/or text reminders 24–48 hours before your appointment. Please ensure we have your correct contact information on file. Confirmation links are included, and we recommend adding your appointment to your personal calendar as well.
Children Policy
Can I bring my child with me to my appointment?
For safety and relaxation, children 12 years old and under should only be brought to the salon if they are receiving a service. We understand that last-minute situations arise; if this is necessary, please ensure your child has quiet activities and remains closely supervised to respect other guests’ experience.
Payment Options
What forms of payment do you accept?
Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa accepts cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Appointment Scheduling
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, text, or email. We recommend scheduling your next visit before leaving the salon to secure your preferred date and time. Please arrive on time so we can provide a seamless, no-wait experience.
Our 100% No-Risk Guarantee
What if I’m not happy with my service?
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you’re not completely happy with your service, contact us within one week of your original appointment and we’ll gladly redo the service at no cost. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll refund your service. No questions asked. We proudly stand behind our work.
Please note: Complimentary services, including beauty analyses, med spa consultations, and service adjustments, are still subject to our 24-hour change and cancellation policy. Without proper notice, these services will be charged at full price.
Haircut & Hair Color Preparation
Should I come to my appointment with clean hair?
Yes. We recommend arriving with clean, dry, and styled hair so your stylist can clearly assess your hair and tailor your service to your goals.
For hair color services, especially gray coverage, clean and dry hair is essential to ensure optimal coverage and long-lasting results.

Kind Words from Our Community
1. The appointment texts don’t make sense- stating that I should check email for moved location and info was sent to my service provider. Actually received No email and there was No location change.
2. Misleading billing information. Instead of “Zoe Grace Salon” My account showed payment to “Limelight Laser and Me”. . I thought my credit card had been hacked until I could check with my stylist to verify that was legitimate parent company.
