I had an incredible experience today at Zoe Grace with Hannah! She did a wonderful job making my hair flawless again and used a great variety of products that helped support my hair! The salon is gorgeous and very comfortable to relax and get pampered!

Recently started coming here instead of another place downtown for MedSpa treatments. Elle has done an amazing job so far and so kind! I've gotten lip filler and cheek filler (they were running a deal for this, so couldn't pass it up!)

Abby is an amazing stylist and absolute professional! My first appointment she provided a consultation along with the service I had booked. My hair was not in a good place and Abby transformed my hair color. I came in with brassy hair / highlights and the overall tone did not suit me. Most stylists don't get the "tone" correct right away but she did! Abby is very sweet, talented and thorough. I highly recommend her!

My hairstylist was very nice and spent a lot of time at the beginning since it was my first visit to get to know what I was looking for and helping to determine what would be an appropriate color and cut. Great service and location.

**Update 2/1/25** I received multiple compliments on my hair after my first visit. I already loved my experience, but It made it even better. I went for my second visit, and it was just as great as the first. Violet really listens to you and makes sure to give you her 100% best. I realized I had left my wallet at home when getting out of the car, she helped to calm me down as I felt so silly showing up without my money. Thankfully, it was easy to sort out, but I was grateful for her understanding. I enjoy chatting. It helps make my long appointments feel super quick. Sometimes, you have a great experience your first visit, only to find the next not so great. Zoe Grace isn't like that and made my second visit just as wonderful as the first. I'm so happy to have found my stylist Violet and to make Zoe Grace my home salon.

I had my first visit to Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa yesterday. It was wonderful from start to finish. My stylist was Violet, she is a perfect match for me. She listened to what I wanted, gave great advice, and really made me feel comfortable. I absolutely love my hair. The color turned out amazing. You really feel heard and taken care of here. It is worth every penny. I look forward to my next appointment.

Great experience. Taylor was wonderful and very detail-oriented. She also took time to educate me on how to care for and style my hair. My curls have never looked so good! Will definitely be coming back.

I was truly impressed by the excellent service level I have received. I felt truly taken care of & appreciated by the staff present. I think the beauty analysis is a great addition to the appointment. Violet was very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my hair! She definitely earned my business and I will be going there for my haircuts etc from now on.

I’m usually very nervous to go get my hair done at salons. I’m the type to cut and style my hair at home. But Violet my hairdresser and the staff made me feel so comfortable. Violet was very nice and makes great conversation! And I won’t forget about my hair, I absolutely love it! It turned out way better than I imagined! I will recommend this place to any friends or family looking for a salon.

Laura was my hair artisan and boy did she have her work cut out for her. I needed help in finding a style to address my receding hairline and thinning hair. She did a wonderful job in finding a style that fit my face shape and made my hair seem more full. She didn't stop there...she also advised me on how to properly use a serum sold at the salon to reverse the thinning as well as how to get the most out of my hair wax.

I would highly recommend the salon and Laura.

I loved coming here! Taylor did a wonderful job on my haircut — I got a pretty big chop and she really helped me to trust her. The head massage is literally to die for. I will be making this my regular spot!

This was an awesome experience! Very warm and relaxed environment, yet very informative and professional. My stylist was Abby, and after giving me a tour and explaining their services, she also did a one-on-one consultation to talk in detail about any concerns I had with my hair. It has a brittle texture, and I wanted better hair care and a style I could manage. She explained and introduced me to a few products, including a shampoo and conditioner made just for sensitive scalps. She also introduced me to a product for split end treatments. We agreed on these for my hair, and they were awesome! After a great shampoo / massage , my hair felt great! Nice haircut and style , with the Brazilian split end treatment, and my hair never looked so good! I appreciated the professional advice ! She took the time to make this all about me as a person , not just another customer! Thank you! I would highly recommend Zoe Grace Salon and Abby to my friends!

Since this was my first experience I was given a tour of the salon. It's a very beautiful place and has a nice area for you to wait and have refreshments. I can't say enough about my stylist Violet. She listened to my concerns about my hair being frizzy and dry. She showed me which moisturizing products were best for my hair. She also did a base hair color and balayage. She helped me picked the prettiest shade of blonde for balayage. I could not be happier with my cut, color and the experience I had. Thank you Violet!

Abby really did brighten my day and helped me remember how much I do enjoy taking care of myself. It was definitely more than just a haircut she brighten my viewpoint. The rest of the staff was also extremely polite and kind and guided me through the entire experience making sure I understood every aspect of the care they take of your hair.

What an amazing experience! 1st time and they fit me in the last minute, like I’ve been a client for 10 years! I’m only giving 5 stars because I can’t give 10! From booking my first visit to leaving the salon, everything made me feel like a valued customer. Online booking is super easy, and they sent a good number of reminders without being white noise. When I checked in, I filled out a form on iPad that said how often I prefer reminders, whether I like quiet or conversation, etc. They really personalize your experience. The products they represent are top-notch and every stylist I saw working was very good at their craft. I've found my salon!!

I had my hair done today by Taylor. Literally 10/10!! I have always straightened or curled my hair, but during the beauty analysis Taylor noticed that I potentially had naturally curly hair. Turns out, I did! I was super hesitant about it because I had never seen myself with naturally curly hair, but I LOVE it! She took the time to explain my hair to me, show me how to style it, and filled me in on what products to use. I am so thankful to have found Taylor and that she took the time to get to know me and my hair! This was the best salon experience I have ever had and I will definitely be back!

I had my first visit to Zoe Grace about 3 weeks ago and my stylist was Violet. What a kind and sweet young woman! She listened and involved me in the process and made certain that I was happy with the cut and color when it was completed. I would highly recommend Zoe Grace and Violet in particular. My first time at Zoe Grace Salon was yesterday and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Violet was kind and knowledgeable and I received a really great curl cut. I’ve already convinced my daughter to make an appointment.

I had my first visit at Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa yesterday for a Kurl Pro cut. I LOVE my hair!!! And cannot recommend Violet enough! She is so knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. I really appreciated the time she spent with me (I never felt rushed) and how she explained each step of cutting and styling. I even learned a few things to try on my curly hair after the visit to enhance my curls amd reduce the frizz. I love the salon itself, too. I felt so pampered and fresh after leaving. I can't wait to return for my next visit in May!

I began going to Zoe Grace Salon when my salon closed due to the pandemic. My hair has never looked better since going to Ella! She is an expert in all aspects of hair and puts a great deal of thought and care in making sure all your needs/concerns are met. I honestly believe there is no one better! I love my color and how healthy my hair looks. Every visit includes the best shampoo/head massage - a real treat! The entire staff at Zoe Grace is outstanding, friendly, and go out of their way to welcome and take care of you during your appointment. You will not be disappointed!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the salon. The stylist listened to my concerns and my desires for my hair and was very responsive to what I wanted. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The only negative was the interruptions during my visit from other stylist working another client.
I will definitely return. Lynn did a great job.

My previous hair dresser moved to Florida, so I hadn’t been to a salon in well over a year. I am big on reviews, I came to this salon based off of reviews of about 10 different salons in the area. I am so glad I did because as soon as I walked in I saw a beautiful, clean, professional salon. I got the chance to meet Lynn and she took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I wanted with my hair. She NAILED it! I am so picky with my hair, I have gone with brides for hair trials to see if I would have them do my hair or if I would do it myself. I know color and cuts are not the same but this place KNOWS hair! They are the MASTERS in hair! I am beyond thankful that I found this place. Before I left I scheduled my next TWO appointments! I am so thankful for Lynn for refreshing my hair and giving me my style back! I am thankful I went to this salon and found my new hair girl!! Don’t walk, RUN to this salon! Thanks a million Lynn!!! I went to Zoe Grace for a bridal hair and makeup trial. My stylist - Elise - was awesome! She did a great job of asking for preferences and explaining what she was doing during the whole appointment. The whole experience was relaxing and I can't wait to go back for the wedding!

I have been going to Zoe Grace for almost the past 2 years and it is by far the best salon I've been to. I see Laura and she does an amazing job with my color, I get compliments daily! Everyone is super friendly and they really take the time with you to figure out what you want. I recommend this salon to everyone!

I had such a good experience at Zoe Grace salon! Every member of the staff was there to greet me and help me the minute I wheeled into the salon.

As a person with a disability and in a wheelchair it was so nice, and I felt so cared for as they met me at the door and opened it and then made space for me in the waiting area and in the haircut area. They even had ordered a special sink to wash my hair in so that I wouldn’t have to get out of my wheelchair which was so extremely kind. Not all businesses take such great care and extra effort in making a disabled person feel welcome and cared for , I will definitely be going back for more services.

Elise my new stylist, was so knowledgeable and open to my ideas and we were able to come up with a cohesive plan for my hair. I’m so excited to get the plan going after starting with my haircut today. It had been years since I have been in the salon after having friends cut my hair in my home for years. Zoe Grace gave me such an amazing experience!!! I need to talk to you I will use them over and over and over again and you should hear you.

I have had an appointment with both Sam and Lynn, and both were phenomenal! I've LOVED my hair each time I've gotten done here. I always feel so confident about myself after leaving. Everyone else is also super nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is so caring, and they also have free coffee and snacks for while you wait. I love coming here!

Zoe and grace is a high end salon and the service is impeccable. If you’re a new client they figure out what hair type you have, what colors suit you, and they recommend what products suit your hair best. Every visit is customized for YOU. Ashely has been cutting my hair for years and she ALWAYS does a great job! She’s Very personable and a great stylist. 10/10 every time!

This was my first time at Zoe Grace, I’ve been on the hunt for a good salon to be my go to and I definitely think I found it at Zoe Grace! I had such an amazing experience here. I was offered some water or coffee while I waited for my stylist and even got a tour of the salon since I was a new guest! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I only got a haircut this visit, but Elise did such an amazing job!! She was so so sweet and has such a great personality! This salon is absolutely beautiful too I might add! This is an amazing salon and can’t recommend it enough!

Love this salon!!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and they are extremely accommodating. I’ve been here several times for highlights, haircuts,
etc., as well as their aesthetic services (botox) and I don’t plan on going anywhere else again! Elise is AMAZING with my high maintenance blonde, and she does my lashes too!! It’s very clean and nice inside, the staff is professional but interactive and I enjoy spending time there. Wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else out of the numerous places I’ve been in the NKY/Greater Cincinnati Area! Definitely worth trying out, ask for Elise if you want a bright blonde!!

Every time I go to Ella's salon, I have the best experience! Most recently I went in for my normal highlights but the color turned out even more amazing then I expected! And she gave me a more modern haircut and I love it. It styles so cute and lays the right way. You busy moms know what I’m talking about! I absolutely felt pampered when I got my hair cut and colored a couple weeks ago. Rhonda was my stylist and she did an excellent job explaining different options and making my hair look fabulous! This salon is gorgeous and makes you feel like a queen for a couple hours. I have gotten so many compliments on my new cut and color. This place is fabulous! Love the atmosphere and being able to relax and forget my mom duties for a couple hours! I will definitely come back!
