I absolutely love this place. I’ve been going here for over a year and all the workers make me and all their customers feel truly beautiful. I go to Laura and she does a phenomenal job on my hair. They are all so nice and they all work together as a team versus just a group of individuals that work together. They have amazing customer service and will make sure you leave feeling beautiful. They are all so experienced and you can tell that they all love being there. Great place to go. 10/10 recommend.

Laura is awesome! Very detail oriented & took time to listen regarding the look I was going for and executed it perfectly! The shampoo bowls are the best with an awesome headrest that doesn’t kill your neck. And the scalp massage is beyond any other. I could go every week just for that.

Every time I take my daughter to Zoe Grace Salon ,we are blown away with their professionalism, great service and perfection in color. You feel like a queen with their personal care. We travel an hour just to experience Zoe Grace Salon! I would recommend everyone to see what it's like to go to a LA or New York Salon, right in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.

Rhonda is always wonderful to work with and communicates very well with me about suggestions etc. I have thick curly hair and have found it difficult to find a stylist until I came here. Love this salon! Laura gave me a major new hair cut taking over 10+ inches off. I was hesitant if I would regret it afterwards but with Laura’s listening ear to all of my wants and needs with a new style, I am loving the short new style and am still getting compliments over a month later! This salon is beautifully and practically designed, starting with the consultation station at the front where we sat down unhurried to talk through everything I wanted. Looking forward to my next pampering day at Zoe Grace!

I highly recommend Zoe Grace Salon and especially Rhonda. I only had a general idea of the cut and color I wanted and definitely needed help. Rhonda really listened, considered the shape and angles of my face to suggest a flattering cut, and gave me realistic expectations of the color we could achieve in that one visit. She gave me a tour of the salon, which is bright, clean, and a lot of thought went into the design and lighting of the workspaces. They offer snacks, drinks and massage chairs to sit in while waiting for color to process, and a relaxing head massage during wash out. We didn’t chit chat too much, which I appreciated because that gave me time to read my book, but she made sure to explain the different cuts and color steps she was taking. And I’m so happy with the results. The cut is amazing and the color is so beautiful, and the total price was less than I anticipated!! Definitely planning to return.

The people were very nice and hospitable. The place was modern and clean. My haircut was okay and the balayage was a little disappointing. However, they were more than willing to fix it free of charge, but I live out of town and left 2 days later.

Every time I go to Ella's salon, I have the best experience! Most recently I went in for my normal highlights but the color turned out even more amazing then I expected! And she gave me a more modern haircut and I love it. It styles so cute and lays the right way. You busy moms know what I’m talking about! I always feel like I'm getting the best service and from someone that is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I appreciate all the time she takes to explain things to me as well. Today was my first visit! I scheduled with Tiffany!! Everyone was very friendly. The salon itself is BEAUTIFUL!! very clean! Tiffany did an amazing cut! Listened to what I needed and wanted, and talked through everything to make sure I was happy!! The head massage during the wash was fantastic! The products all smelled great! Absolutely amazing salon! Everyone is extremely friendly from the second you walk in the door and also very knowledgeable about the products. I love how my stylist takes the time to explain everything to me and can easily recommend options I may not have thought of originally. Lastly, I’m a flight attendant and travel constantly for work, making scheduling appointments difficult, but never here. The date I need is usually available and if it’s not rescheduling isn’t a problem. Honestly this place is perfect and I’m so happy I found you guys!!

Zoe Grace has been nothing short of amazing. My daughters and I all go and have a wonderful experience each time. The stylists are talented and can execute anything we’ve requested. I’ve been to so many salons in the area, but I was never truly satisfied until I came to Zoe Grace Salon. I’ve been coming to Hannah at the salon for about four months now and whether it be for a hair color or a cut, the service is amazing. Zoe Grace Salon is Amazing! As soon as you walk in the door they are so welcoming and inviting. From the massage chairs, the coffee, drinks to the head message during the shampoo is an experience that will wipe away all your day's stress. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HAIR!!! I have always had long curly hair and have always been so afraid to change it, especially cutting it short, but I really wanted a new look and more manageable hair. Ella is so brilliant at what she does that she gave me the confidence to trust her in dramatically changing my hair. As soon as my look was completed....I was instantly amazed and so grateful that she took the time and had the talent to know what would look best for me. My hair is the shortest it has ever been so it is so much easier to manage and style and this look Ella created is the BEST my hair has EVER looked. It's as if this the way my hair was always supposed to look...and Ella knew it was the right look for me. This salon is one of a kind. From the positive atmosphere to the amazing Head massage with Shampooing to looking and feeling amazing by the time I leave. I highly recommend this salon if u are looking for THE BEST look and experience money can buy!

Ella did hair and make-up for my wedding for myself and my bridesmaids. She did and incredible job! Ella took the extra time to travel to our wedding site so that I could get ready at the venue and even brought extra stylists with her to make sure my whole wedding party was taken care of and able to get ready on time. She did an incredible job on my hair and make-up and took the time to meet with me before hand to make sure she knew what I wanted. Ella went above and beyond! It was so nice to have one less thing to worry about!
